myself and my kids have very bad eczema, this soap coupled with aquafor after showers is AMAZING. tried so many different soaps and creams, but this is gentle and doesn't irritate and all of us have such lessened or virtually no eczema since using this soap. def. recommend.

My daughter has eczema badly. We just started using this soap. It has worked great to help in getting it under control with her normal prescription cream and lotion.

Horrible
I do not recommend this at all. The night of my daughters surgery was the worst. We thought this soap would be soothing. She broke out in complete hives and couldn’t stop itching. We couldn’t put any medicine on her to relieve the itching and hotspots because of the surgery. The bar went straight into the garbage.
