TineeOwlfor iPad Pro 13 inch (M4) 2024, Adjustable Kickstand Cover - Infinite Viewing Angles, Portrait/Landscape Stand, Apple Pencil Charging, Wing Series, (Black)

If what you want is a magnetic kickstand, this is the only one. It was executed thoughtfully and I would recommend it highly for those who are interested. I don't often do reviews, but it seems strange that this isn't more highly rated.

I love it and find it very useful for multiple ways to use my IPad!

Couple years ago I reviewed TineeOwl’s Mocha case for the iPad Pro 11 inch 2018. At that time, my main concern was still that the cover does not stick to the back of the tablet when folded (aka the “book mode” in which they introduced in the newer generation). But the rest aspects of the case were absolutely awesome. The more time I spend with the Mocha cases, the better I appreciate it - especially after seeing the current competitors on the market. Someone above has already listed the unique advantages of that case design so I’m not going to repeat it. If someone from TineeOwl sees this - please bring back Mocha for the new M4 iPad series, it really has all that we need for a great case!

I’ve always been a really big fan of TineeOwl. They’ve made many beautiful cases and were quite frankly unmatched in this space. I previously owned ultra thin case and the Mocha case, and both of these were phenomenal. The Mocha case specifically, was outstanding. It had the BEST pencil holder of ANY iPad case on Amazon because it still held the pencil in place securely without that giant bar that other iPad case makers use that makes the entire iPad look bulky. And the matte, frosted clear back was PERFECT for personalization. All TineeOwl had to do was bring this model of case to the brand new M4 series of iPad Pros, but they didn’t. Instead, they announced the brand new Dove and Wing cases! Absolute abominations. First off, it took them almost 4 months after the iPad’s release to bring a new iPad Pro case to market. Second off, they no longer offer ANY case with a front cover, citing debris from cafe tables as the primary concern. This is NOT a real issue! The official iPad Smart Cover from Apple uses a traditional tri-fold, and that’s because it just works. Furthermore, the new “wing” kickstand design also makes it so the back can no longer be clear. They also removed the pencil holder, which was one of the best features of the Mocha case. When holding the iPad in portrait mode without a pencil holder, the pencil comes off, or sticks to the front of the screen, and that's extremely annoying. They fixed this problem with the Mocha case, but then removed it on the Dove and Wing cases. This is a REALLY big step BACKWARDS. TineeOwl can offer this case, and I’m sure there’s some niche of consumers that may enjoy this new design, but I don’t understand why they can’t also produce the Mocha case for the iPad Pro M4 along this case. BRING BACK THE MOCHA CASE!! It’s just such a disappointment to have waited this long for a product, just for that product to be replaced with something COMPLETELY different. They make the Mocha case for the M2 iPad Air, they can make it for the M4 iPad Pro. Give your consumers CHOICES!!!
