Women's Pleated Vintage Skirts Floral Print Casual Midi Skirt

This skirt just arrived and hasn’t been washed yet but it does fit as expected and the size chart is accurate. It’s possible that it’s different fabric for each print but the black & white gingham has virtually NO stretch to it at all. The fabric at the waist loosened up significantly over the course of the day but it doesn’t have any ‘snap back’ to it and if it doesn’t fit you really can’t force it. The long zipper was frustrating just because the fabric is loose and flowing so it was difficult to zip (had to keep grasping the bottom part and pulling) but once on it fit just like I was expecting a high waist skirt to fit. I would also note that the fabric (95% polyester according to the tag) wrinkles very easily. So the front stayed looking okay but the back crinkled up significantly from sitting in my desk chair. At the time of purchase it was only $10 so I am satisfied with it — looks cute, lightweight — but anyone who needs *any* stretch will be disappointed and anyone who doesn’t have good grip strength will struggle with the zipper.

So very pretty with good body to the fabric! Though the cotton is ever so SLIGHTLY scratchy and stiff, it is not enough to be bothersome. I have to admit the skirt has a nice drape even though it is not "flowy soft". The print is fresh and lovely with rich colors and the skirt seems to be well-made: not too snug and just loose enough in the waist for freedom of movement without the waistband shifting around. The softly formed pleats glide smoothly over the hips and are very, very slimming for the waistline. I was happy to see that this skirt is not as short as similar ones (it is slightly longer at a little below the knees on me at 5'5") as it makes for a long, slenderizing, and classy look, especially with the cropped navy blue cardigan I will be wearing with it this fall!

I bought 2 of these, and have 2 others at home already - all in a 3x.I wear a size 18 with about a 38"waist & 51" hips.Three of the skirts fit me perfectly. Are well made in general. My only complaint is that a higher quality zipper would be nice though two newer ones do have a slightly different zipper so I suppose it's possible it's a better one - time will tell.And of course nice deep side-seam pockets would make this ideal.The fourth skirt however is a dud. It's far too large in the waist. I'd say by a couple of inches. The whole skirt is longer than any of the others. When I first tried it one I though well..maybe I can take it in a little, or, I suppose I can live with it somewhat awkwardly long & just fold the band over since it's large on me anyway. Then I realized, the front was actually cut a good bit longer than the back! Enough to be noticable & make that awkward length even more awkward. It's the opposite of a high low skirt & there is a reason they don't do it the other way around on purpose.I can't be mad. 3 out of 4 were nice & errors happen. I plan to return it & reorder. I do love these skirts. The pleated ones are very cute & full but the difference between my waist & hips means that they never lay right on me & aren't nearly as flattering as these.I do recommend these & I will buy more of them!

The skirt itself is pretty. It is made of a nice fabric. The size is very off, but I paid attention to the comments and sized to an XL. I am a size 10 in all pants and skirts. The XL is not roomy at all, but it fits. The skirt hits just below my knee. I am 5' 7".

Bought the skirt to wear for a themed cocktail fundraiser at our local zoo. I typically wear a size 6/small in skirts/dresses but bought a medium based in the waist measurement and so glad I did - it was a perfect fit. I steamed the wrinkles out, I feel like the quality was great for the price! There is a hidden zipper in the back which makes the garment easy to get in and out of. I plan to wear this skirt again this summer with a basic tank.

Fits amazing. Perfect amount of stretch. Holds form. Amazing with a petticoat under it. Only down side is a weird glue like smell but I’m sure I can get it out!!! So excited. Using it for a Mouseketeer costume for our disney trip in a few weeks.

I am size 14 and a three xxx that is xxx large is too small. If you are a size 12 get a xxx large. Luckily I sew and I need the skirt for a costume so I will shorten it and use the extra material where I can not close the skirt. Seems like anything I order that comes from China the size is not correct and this goes for clothes from other manufacturers as well.

Fits well, very flattering, and washes really well! Materiel is *slightly* stretchy, making it very forgiving, but is also a thicker matte materiel that keeps it pretty structured. I really love this silt thing and will be hunting for more patterns that I live as much as this one.
