I purchased this to live in my truck bag for emergencies. It feels sturdy enough for the price and it folds down reasonably well in the included stuff sack. I had a kid test it while I sprayed him with a water hose and it did a solid job in being waterproof. It's nice and light which was a nice bonus. It works well and will be invaluable if I ever truly need it. While it fits well it is so versatile my husband could use it as well.

The poncho is a good size and design to protect from rain. It's pointless for hunting because it's way too noisy. The material is a typical rain jacket outer shell. It seems thick enough to hold up to light brush and wind. But seems overpriced compared to a standard rain jacket or an functional hunting poncho.

This is a poncho/tarp for rain. It is made with a camouflage design and out of ripstop type material. This makes it very lightweight and strong. You can use these ponchos for many different styles of tarp shelters if you have a bit of rope and know the configuration you are trying for. This also makes a rain poncho that is roomy enough to cover a backpack. I got this to store in the back of our scooters when we go out into the country roads and case we encounter a sudden rainstorm. This will serve well as a ground cloth as well as a tarp or a rain coat. This is not however, heavy duty rain gear or equipment. This is more for the occasional hiker, camper, or emergency. This is good for what it is and I are very happy to have it!

Nice lightweight waterproof poncho that is suspiciously quiet to wear. If fits me well and doesnt infringe my movement when laden with gear or otherwise. Hood is nice, but the visor I find annoying. Thats likely because I'm always in a ball cap so having a double bill makes me look even more shady then usual. FIts well, wears well, sheds well, and is quietish when in-use. What more could you ask from a poncho?

The poncho is nice. The bad to store it is nice also. The colors are as expected.

This is pretty decent poncho - I camp enough that I keep some of these on hand for rain gear, makeshift rain flys, backpack rain covers, etc. Worth throwing one in the back of your car just in case.
