It took so much longer than it claimed to ship and I ordered 2 dolls. The white one was supposed to be larger than the brown but they switched it they made the brown larger than the white. As it’s clearly handmade it’s not worth contacting the seller but I wish it was correct from the start. doll is a a different fur coat which is accurate. The brown doll looks just like my pet but the white one just looks very generic. I am happy with my purchase despite these issues but I would not order them again in the future for other pets. It is very expensive but it’s clearly handmade so it makes sense.

It was WAY smaller than it appeared, looks nothing like the picture I sent, and took way longer than stated to arrive. I’ve very disappointed.

I thought each of the examples shown in the listing to be an absolute excellent likeness of the actual dog. All of the dogs pictured in the listing have small bodies and heads with small and narrow muzzles which were duplicated perfectly in the finish product. However, comparing the accuracy of those with mine, I found my product to be a very poor likeness and not even close to what I was expecting. You may feel otherwise, you can decide for yourself, but as pictured in my photos the dog I received has a body, head and muzzle that is way too thick and husky. Not at all dainty and petite as is my dog and of the examples shown. I spent $180 for it. It cannot be returned but the seller did offer a 20% refund which I declined… besides getting a few dollars back, a this point I’m still left with something I don’t want so I’ll just consider it a loss and drop it off at Goodwill. I was looking forward giving it as a gift to my daughter who’s moving and can’t take our dog with her. It looks so much different than our dog that it’s not at all like taking “our dog” with her and that the whole point of a custom made product was missed. In my opinion, compared to the excellent examples, what I was expecting wasn’t even close to what I received. It was a very big disappointment. Again, the craftsmanship is excellent and they were polite and did offer a compromise. I do hope you’ll order from her and have better results.

The stuffed animal was tiny, did not look at all like our dog and to be honest is just unattractive.

I like the size I went with but however the accuracy of the product from the photos I uploaded was not there, not worth the $85 I paid for it.It’s the the thought that counts right? Hopefully she’ll still like it

The capturing of my loved one whom we had to put to sleep due to cancer. Was a B-day gift gift came for X-mas, after passing. Loved it. BGE
