Great for baked products
Perfect length for cutting breads. Razor sharp and works like a charm. My wife uses it to cut up her breads and cakes that she sells and it works great for her, easy to use. Looks great and come with a box to store it in.

Nice but not very flexible for a Fillet Knife
Very nice, well made, and sharp knife. The only disappointment is the blade is not as flexible that a fillet knife should be. Pretty stiff.
