This is the only HDMI TX / RX that works well!
The HDMI TX / RX unit works well. It is powered by 12V, rather than the other 5V HDMI stick units. No interference, range issues, or frame skips like the other HDMI stick units.

So far so good.
I've been messing around with those USB/HDMI transmitter and receiver kits. They work ok for basic close range, but their not super stable, they disconnect quite often. I decided to pay a bit more and get quality. I've had it up and running for a week now woth zero issues. I use it to transmit the signal from my DVR in my shed to my wife's office so she can keep an eye on the property while she works. Worked so good, I bought a 2nd set. Now if I could only get extra receivers for it. The seller said he will have some in the future, but not sure when that is.

The signal is very stable
A very stable wireless HDMI connector, without any lag, it can be applied in many scenarios. For example, when it is not possible to run wires, I only do monitoring, but the guests insist on putting a monitor in the bedroom, so I also need this product, otherwise running wires will be too troublesome. It solves my problem perfectly.

TV signal transmitter that actually works
I have gotten 4 different brands of these units over the past year. The others all are much smaller versions but make similar claims as to signal quality, transmission distance and ease of use. At first they seem to work but within a week or 2 they start freezing, not connecting and having signal issues like digital "blocks" of video. It seems like the amount of data they are trying to process just overwhelms the chips inside and the only thing that fixes the issue is to unplug everything and wait a couple hours (yeah hours) for them to cool off and start working again. Annoying and hardly worth it.This system is much larger and has decent-sized antennas. The outer chassis is metal and not plastic. I have had it running in the same spot/TV that I tried the others on and it has worked flawlessly. It might be 20-30% more but it is well worth it. The other 3 I used were all returned and were basically useless. Audio and video quality is very good and the signal is stable all the time. Frankly don't waste your money on those small versions that don't have an external antenna (they are usually on a HDMI cord or direct plug in and white-coloured, looking like a large BT dongle).Setup was super easy. Just plug them in, hook up the power and the units do the rest. You should have a signal in a minute or so. When in use, turn on your TV and your AV source and you have a signal instantly without doing anything. No waiting or lag.In my case, we have a TV high on a wall above a fireplace and didn't want cables running from it to a DVR. Using this transmitter unit worked perfectly.Highly recommended above the other choices.
