Great product
We never seem to take showers at the same time during the day. So now I can just hit the switch and have hot water to take a shower whenever I want.

Easy to pair with the PROZRTED pump
The remote works as it should. Turns on the pump and adjusts the temperature up/down. Pairing is easy: hold down a button for 5 seconds immediately after plugging in power to the pump. The instructions do not show how to replace the battery. There's no obvious cover to remove to get to the battery.

No more water wasting!
I live in a State experiencing drought. Many of us are hauling buckets of water from sinks and showers to avoid wasting water when waiting for hot water.I have one bathroom that is far away from the water heater and a lot of water has to flow before the hot stuff arrives. This simple pump has made life much easier. It was pretty simple to install under the bathroom sink (Note: you do need an outlet). The remote control is great for me, as I don't want it to keep hot water available all the time. With the remote, it's "on demand". Even at the lowest speed setting, it takes less than 6 minutes for it to deliver hot water. I recommend this recirculating pump.

Works great but needs capability for 2 remotes to control one pump system
I would have assigned 5 stars if it was possible to control the pump system with 2 remotes - one in a bathroom and one in the kitchen, just as others (such as kenneth Coleman) have said. I emailed the company about this, wondering if maybe a universal garage door learning remote could be programmed to do this function but they have not responded, except to say they'd ask the engineers. If anyone has a universal garage door learning remote they can try this with, please post your results here!Otherwise, one way this can be accomplished is with a Smart Switch button pusher, like this one from Amazon:https://smile.amazon.com/s?k=SwitchBot+Smart+Switch+Button+Pusher&ref=nb_sb_noss_2controlled by a Smart Switch dedicated remote like this from Amazon:https://smile.amazon.com/s?k=SwitchBot+Remote+One+Touch+Button&ref=nb_sb_noss_2but a simple universal learning garage door opener would be much cheaper and simpler! I haven't tried either of these yet - I just ask my wife to go upstairs and push the button on the remote in the bathroom......Lastly - when the battery in the remote runs down, how do you replace it?----------General comment on the installation of the system:Recirculating the hot water backwards down the cold line from the highest faucet in the house is genius. Who thought of that? Why didn't I think of that years ago? Works great to save water. Some complained about hot or warm water in the cold line when doing this, which is logical, but for reasons I'm not too sure I can explain, this did not happen to us - when the unit shuts off (in our house, this takes about 2 minutes), at all cold faucets I have cold water. And because most of our faucets are below the highest one (where we have the pump), within seconds after the pump shuts off we have super hot water at every hot water faucet.Because our faucet at the highest point could easily get air, I installed an air bleeder valve in both the hot and cold lines next to the Prozrted pump system. I was lucky I have plenty of room under the sink to do this. I used 2 of these air bleeder valves from Amazon:https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07V4W5CF4/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Qie and effective
We use the manual mode, which warms the water within 2 minutes. Previously nearly five gallons and ten minutes (from our low-flow shower) were needed before showering.
