Works Well for 12V LED bulbs
I have installed two of these 120 to 12V transformers into my existing under cabinet LED lighting systems. So far they have worked very well. Of note however, when I turn on the power to the lights via a wall switch, the transformer seems to delay the delivery of the 12V to the LEDs for about a second. No flickering, pulsing, or any RFI artifacts (I have an amateur radio station and radio frequency interference is not desirable from transformers). BTW these transformers are not on a dimmable circuit, it is full on or off.

Runs hot under full load
I got this waterproof driver to power several LED lights in the garden. I was replacing some old 12v 50W halogen lights which I used these to test the driver to see how it holds up under load. I connected 3 halogen lights in parallel so that the load was approx. 150W. The power supply handled it well but it got very hot.The LEDS I need to drive don't get close to full load so heat won't be too much of an issue. Its a good power supply at a reasonable cost.

Runs extremely hot (too hot to touch) and takes several seconds to start
Running at 107.5 watts (of total 150 watt spec)These get crazy hot and remember they canβt be dimmed. Also a several second delay before your lights will come on.

This driver worked great, I canβt find it in a lower wattage though
I used it in a box to back light stained glass. The .7β thin is very much needed to hide it in the base.

Good for indoor or outdoor use and good value
My husband has used several LED drivers/transformers to power several different low voltage circuits to light both interior and exterior areas of our home. Our current project is landscape lighting using 12 V led light fixtures. After breaking the total system down into several sub sections based on their location and desired schedules he is installing multiple transformers and control devices around our home.Given the 150 W maximum output of this unit we will be able to run up to 24 LED light fixtures with bulbs up to 5 W each. This device plus a smart home control switch will be mounted inside a ventilated exterior electrical box.Two great features of this particular device are the 3 year warranty and the price point which is almost half of what we paid for similar devices 2 years ago.
