Q: It says free returns if you're not satisfied, but who do I contact for this?

Do not trust this seller! I sent my unit back for a refund via recorded delivery. I took photos of the product before I sent in case needed for insurance purposes and that was the only time the product was removed from the box. It was perfect apart from writing in pencil on a cardboard box packaging done by my builder. The company said they wouldn’t accept the refund and then sent photos of a dirty and broken unit claiming it was mine. When I produced photos of perfect items they basically called me a liar. They offered to return the broken and dirty unit at my expense. They now have my original unit and my money. No comeback from Amazon as it was not covered by their guarantee.

You can hear mains hum very quietly all the time - I do mean quietly i.e. in the middle of the night if you put your ear up against it. My electrician said that'll be the power transformer. But it's the same principle as having your mobile charger switched on all the time, it's not actually doing anything if it's not charging so the amount of electricity consumed is super low. If you're concerned you could get an electrician to fit an isolator switch for it.

Q: What’s the size of the faceplate for this? I’m tiling halfway up a wall and want to make sure I have left enough space so the plate sits on the tile.
