I don’t write reviews often, but I had to for this cannoli kit! We often overspend on cannolis so I figured I would give this a try. I messed up big time!!! This is now a staple in my household. I substituted the milk for ricotta cheese (AMAZING RESULTS) and added lemon curd/powder to one batch and cookie butter/powder to the other. Shells were fresh and yummy. Powdered sugar on top for extra pizazz. I’m sure they are amazing as is as well. Must try!

These turned out to be delicious little cannolis!!! I used ricotta cheese instead of the milk and added pistachios and mini chips… the shells were crispy, flavorful, all were very fresh, and everything was intact. The ricotta made the vanilla cream taste pretty authentic and the chocolate were delicious..a little different.. but delicious. I had a little extra of each cream left so I put in a jar with some chocolate chips, pistachios, and a spoon… my family loved them!!!.. will definitely buy again.

Product was easy and quick to make. The Dough parts tasted great but the cream didn't taste quite right. It wasn't terrible, just didn't satisfy my craving

One thing wrong with these...... They don't last very long in our home.

Thought i was purchasing a pre made product but it was a kit for me to do it myself. I was very disappointed when it arrived.

They are delicious!

When I was growing up, my Italian neighbor made cannolis on New Year's Eve and sent a plate over to our house. Out of a sense of nostalgia, I'd been saving this kit for that occasion. In the midst of preparing an elaborate dinner of various appetizers, I was easily able to make and fill these pastries for serving. The verdict: I think this is a good product and my family enjoyed the cannolis. I don't understand criticisms that they may not be entirely authentic or similar to cannolis found at a bakery. It's a mail order kit -- of course there isn't any perishable ricotta cheese! The shells come already assembled and ready to fill, which is convenient. There is a pair of powder packets to make chantilly and chocolate cream. Each requires five minutes in a bowl with a half cup of milk and an additional 10 minutes' rest time. In lieu of my electric mixer, I used a milk frother whisk that has a few speed settings, and it worked perfectly. When ready, you only need to squeeze filling into either side of the 14 included shells. My only constructive criticism, which others also have made, is it doesn't make sense that there is only one piping bag to make two flavors of filling. Yes, you could do the chantilly (white) first, then the chocolate, but with the first cream, the bag becomes messy. I happened to have disposable piping bags on hand, so just used separate ones. Also, the simple directions don't mention it's necessary to clip the tip of the bag in order to dispense the filling into the shells, which tasted fresh. Overall, though, this is a great option for anyone craving cannolis or looking for a fun little dessert project, especially to do with children.

The media could not be loaded. These cannolis are perfect! The kit cones with everything you need. The shell has the right texture still crispy and the filling is not too sweet, it’s delicious! I definitely recommend everyone to try them. I would definitely buy them again.
