Aluminum Pizza Paddle, 14 Inch Perforated, Professional Restaurant Grade, Long Handle Non-Stick Metal Peel for Outdoor Pizza Oven

My partner makes pizza from scratch a few times a week but used a spare piece of cardboard to get it on and off the pizza stone. He ended up with semi-calzones and oven messes at least 1/3 of the time. I got him this pizza peel for Christmas and it’s been perfect. It’s really well made and has enough weight to not bend from a pizza packed with toppings, but not so heavy that it makes it hard to maneuver. I like that the arm comes off for easy cleaning of the paddle. The ridges on the back end also prevent the aforementioned calzone accidents when sliding dough on and off. I looked at several options and I’m so glad I went with this one! I would absolutely buy again.

I had been using a non-peforated stainless steel pizza peel with my outdoor pizza oven and was finding that the pizza didn't always slide off the peel and onto the stone easily. I belond to a few Facebook groups that are all about home pizza making and noticed that nearly everyone was using a non-stick, perforated pizza peel. The only reason I originally chose the stainless one earlier was because I thought that all the semolina used to help the pizza slide onto the stone would just fall through all the holes of a perforated pizza peel. After several failures to launch pizzas onto the peel with the stainless steel pizza peel, I decided to give the Newmetto non-stick, perforated pizza peel a try. I'm so glad I did. It works great and my only regret is that I didn't buy it earlier!

Just the right size, goes together easily

This is a very nice aluminum pizza peel that is the prefect size to use with our small propane pizza oven. The surface is very non-stick and the raised ridges allow a raw pizza to slide off easily. The holes also allow flour to fall off as needed. It is very sturdy and easy to use.

Peel is super light, an pizza slides on and off easily.

I can't believe how well this works compared to a wooden one!

Bought one of these in the store but it was flimsy and had a cumbersome handle. Ordered this one and may order another soon so I can have one more pizza ready to fire in my Ooni Fyra. Very lightweight but sturdy and the perforations make the pizza slide off very nicely. Wish I had something like this when I was slinging pizzas for work 20 years ago.

I make my own dough and use an Ooni Karu 12 and this thing is great. Use a little bit of semolina flour and this thing is perfect. Never had a crust stick to this peel so far.

This thing is perfect. Nice and light and cleans off well if anything should dirty it.
