radio remote control rc tank Heng Long 2.4G T34

This is an amazing tank for the price. However this does not come with the metal gearbox, metal track or metal wheels (the metal versions usually cost at least twice as much). Even though this is the plastic version it's still pretty robust. It comes with a HUGE array of accessories and is wonderfully detailed. It is the 2.4Ghz version and fires BBs. The seller was great and got in touch explaining that it wasn't the metal version and offered a full refund if I didn't want to go ahead with the purchase. I said it was fine and 2 days later it arrived. Fantastic.

Heng Long tanks are awsome attention to detail is great, & the fact is that you can upgrade them is a bigger bonus. Great that it has realistic sounds & that it fires BB's.

On the face of it this looks a good tank - perhaps I was just unlucky I dont knowOpened the box, put battery on charge and settled down to read the manuals. As always very hard to comprehend as predominantly in Chinese with English translation mixed in. Some of the functions could have been explained betterFired the tank up and it sounded great, checked all controls which moved smoothly so switched it off for nowNext day the tank was deader than a dodo, refused to power up. Checked obvious like was battery still charged all was fineSo sadly had to arrange to send the item back - so word of warning ensure you keep all packaging including outer box in addition to the tanks own packing box until you have used the tank extensively for a while.
