Kakusee Sanrio Hello Kitty Coffee Spoon 2pcs KTK-03 from Japan

This order was an absolutely horrible experience. I ordered this product on January 6th. It was being sent from Japan, so I was understanding that it'd take a bit longer to arrive. The spoons were supposed to arrive between January 30th and February 8th. Then, the order got updated to arriving by February 11th. Still not that bad. Then I'm informed something went wrong with shipping, and to add a 15 day delay to delivery. Fast forward to February 22nd, still no spoons. I email the seller who said to wait until the 28th. I email him again when they still aren't here and he says if they don't show up, he'll refund the purchase. I explained that I'd rather have a replacement with reliable tracking info, and that email was ignored. Horribly disappointed with how this turned out. Don't expect to track your package, there's no tracking information. Don't expect timely replies if you email them. And don't expect your emails to even be acknowledged.
