Handle comes off
UPDATE: The company contacted me and replaced my cup. I enjoy using it, and it keep my water cold all day. The lid is sometimes difficult to get off and on.I really wanted to like this cup. I’d love the color and the weight. However, after one week of use, the handle keeps coming completely off the cup. No, I didn’t drop it or hit it before this happened the first time. It’s frustrating because now I’m afraid to use the cup for fear of having my drink all over the floor!

Want to love but
I received one as a gift and it was great so I ordered one for a friend. The box was damaged, I couldn’t access the straw hole through the lid andddd the handle wasn’t attached. Returned.
