I have a good friend that uses these, and he swears by them. So as a nearly 40 year old vain man that cuts his hair short to hide the grey that is coming through I thought I would give them a go.I have noticed over the last few years my hair getting dull and lifeless and not looking as good as it once did. But my friend still has the grey hair but his hair is anything but dull and lifeless.... So I asked him what he uses i was expecting a new amazing all singing and all dancing shampoo or something but it turns out to be these tablets.... So I ordered a months supply.Firstly the only downside to these are a german product and so the label is written in German, This is not a problem for me as I can understand German. But i can see this being a issue for some although in the description of this product it does state take two a day with a drink so its not that much of a issue.As you can see from the pictures the capsules are a little bit but taken one at a time with water are for me easy to swallow with no aftertaste. (for reference the capsule is on top of a £1 coin)Im not expecting a overnight shiny head of hair but I hope these will help as they have my mate. will review this in a month and let you know the results, but I think I will be buying another pack in just under a months time.did not give 5 stars due to the packaging being in German.

Not ! suppliers Fault , find it very hard taking Tablets.

Ok I have received this product.. All writing on the package in German. I took time out to Google translate as to look at what it says on the bottle. The capsules are thick in width but with plenty of fluids can be easily swallowed. I was supplied with 30 days, the instructions say take 2 per day. I am waiting for my body and mind to adjust to these capsules as it takes 14 plus days for anything like hair or nail changes if anything is taken. But so far I have had no adverse reactions and my body hasn't rejected it. So hopefully my hair will be stronger after 20 days plus.UPDATE- I have now finished my 30 day supply and I have not noticed any difference, which I was expecting. Maybe a 3 month supply would have made a difference.. who knows.

I had a bad reaction with this and breakouts, it seemed like it was working but I also felt as a male that it was strengthening unwanted body hair too, the acne was also terrible after a week, you will get breakouts on your face eventually if you already had a history of acne.

It does really work but you need to give it atleast 6 weeks in order to see any signs of hair growth . I have been taking the tablets nearly 10 weeks now and I could definitely see some improvement. After my 12 weeks over may be I would have a better idea if it is definitely 100% working. Tablets are easy to take with no after taste.

I was looking for a product to help with my hair loss from anxiety and stress. It arrived very quickly from Amazon and the bottle is nice and its easy to see the pills and see how any are left. I hope I will see an improvement in my hair in the coming weeks. As everybody has said, these pills are large however that is not a problem at all for me as I am very used to taking pills. On a positive note they do not smell at all. Some pills smell terribly and put me off taking them but these are great. They arw also good value for what they are as you receive a lot of pills! I look forward to using them and would recommend to family and friends.

No English instructions at all which was a bit worrying, bought for my partner to try, he's been taking the 2 daily along with other vitamins and his hair seems to be fluffier but we'll have to give it longer. They don't smell unlike his other tablets which is good!!

This product is worth the try . Find my hair was fully by 40% but want really did notice is you don’t lose much hair when washing that was the huge difference 👍🏽
