Just a lot of analgesic in the pads that gets hot on the skin but doesn't really do much for the neck. I guess it's ok for people who just have some light tension, but anyone who has cervical spine damage or strained muscles won't benefit from it.

Provides very little - if any - support. Too tight, and not long enough to be comfortably adjusted. Did not warm up. Pretty much turned out to be a pointless purchase for me.
