Easy to swallow. Good product.

I wanted to add choline to my diet as it is very important for pregnancy. What I like about this company is that they don’t put any unnecessary additives into their products. So far so good :)

My husband was prescribed Choline in Spain in September by a doctor. He had suffered a stroke in 2005 and always had difficulty walking, andgenerally did not feel well. He has been taking Choline for five months now and is walking better and his health has improved so much, he is able to do lots more now.

I think this works but can't help but really find the taste really enjoyable! It's like lemonade. I do not eat processed foods and sodas but this tastes too good to be true. Wonder what it is made of. I feel it is working too for my digestion and brain function.

I bought two bottles of this product to use it during all my pregnancy because I heard from a doctor how important choline is for a developing baby brain and gene expression and that choline bitratate is a safe and tested source of choline in pregnancy. Unfortunatelly I found out that this medicine had to be an old stock as it will run out of date already in 5 months (the bottle has also an old name). It means I will nead to throw a second bottle in the bin and I lost my money. The shop shouldn't sell the product with full price in such case. The product should have a reduced price with the alert that it will be soon expired. I feel it's not a fair behaviour. For the product itself I can just say that a pill is 2 cm long and you need to take it twice a day, so it's impossible for me to swallow as too big- a big size is especially difficult for pregnant woman with nausea and that are already taking other necessary pregnancy supplementals. I cannot say anything about the effect & product quality as so far I didn't manage to take it because of it's size.

Quick service and good to know that this is a natural source of Choline. Too early to tell of any positives or negatives as yet but please a so far. Good value for money.

The product label is misleading. It gives the impression that you are getting 180 capsules, each one 550 mg. The small writing on the back of the product indicates that the 550 mg dose is in fact two capsules. There is also no expiry date on the bottle which I really consider to be important. Everything else is fine.

Advertised as 550mg, however sent a bottle with 500mg and a white label stuck over the top stating it’s 550mg! Not to be trusted!
