Great quality and amazing product!
I follow Miss Pettigrew on instagram and saw her jade rollers so I ordered right away. When I received the set of 2 jade rollers from amazon I put them to use right away. Now it’s hard to put them down. The relaxing face massage is so refreshing. I like to put one in the freezer and switch them out when I need a cool, pore closing sensation.The packaging was sturdy and kept the products in place. Great quality and my order was delivered in 1 day.

I am in love with these facial rollers
I am in love with these facial rollers! I've been seeing crystal rollers all over Instagram, and I had wondered what all the hype was about. This 2 pack was pretty affordable, so I decided to give it a try. They feel soothing on my skin, and look luxurious on my nightstand table. I especially love the rose quartz one, and I have been using it after applying my nightly serums. It helps my skin absorb it better, and eliminates any sticky residue.I really like that there is a smaller crystal on the end of the roller, which is perfect for under my eyes. If you stick this in the freezer for a couple minutes, it does a great job of reducing undereye puffiness.Overall, I think this is a wonderful product!

Soothing but poor customer service
**updated review 3/2019** My jade roller was defective on arrival. I emailed the company and they reported in a few weeks they would send a replacement. I have emailed 3 separate times over the last 6+ months with no response and no replacement. Very disappointed by the lack of customer service.Original review: Excellent product and customer service. There was an issue with one of my rollers however Miss Pettigrew was able to respond quickly to fix it. The Rose Quartz roller is so soothing and feels great on my skin.

I love that this set has the Jade and Rose Quartz roller together. I have been wanting to try these for a while and it was nice to find a set with both. My favorite is "the unicorn", but I use them both and have them chilled in the fridge in the evenings. This is a high quality set and I have enjoyed adding this to my evening face care.

High quality
Love these rollers! They are nice and heavy and have a high quality feel to them. I've been keeping them in the freezer and they feel so nice on my face in the morning when I wake up. They're perfect for getting rid of puffy eyes and I love using them on days when my allergies are really bad- they definitely help depuff my face!

like the roller, but one fell apart
I love the feel and results that I have seen from these rollers, however the rose quartz one lost the bottom, smaller roller already. Not a big deal to reattach with glue, but would expect the product to hold together for longer than a month or two.

This is listed as two rollers but I only received one. Very disappointed considering that I paid $22!!!

Achtung: Fake - nicht das Set von Miss Pettigrew
Es ist offensichtlich nicht das originale Produkt. Die Verpackung ist anders und daher gehe ich davon aus, dass die Roller ebenfalls nicht echt sind. Ich hatte viele gute Rezensionen von dem Set von Miss Pettigrew gelesen, daher bin ich enttäuscht darüber etwas anderes erhalten zu haben. Die Roller quietschen und wirken billig .
