I was highly skeptical when I received the bag of water beads. They were so tiny. But I read the instructions and added water to a couple handfuls and waited 15 minutes. I used a large kitchen trash can to “grow” the beads. Glad I did too! They are noticeably larger in just that amount of time. After a couple of hours they were big and jelly like. Perfect for my decorations for wedding. Received lots of compliments on them too! Using again for a baby shower table decoration. These are really cool. However…disposal of them left me wondering if they would biodegrade. You have to try to dry them out & bag up. Problem is that water will reactivate the beads! So, environmentally speaking, I think they are an issue.

It’s hard to fathom how many beads 140,000 beads actually is. I am using them to make cooling neck wraps. So far I have completed 36 wraps and may have used half of the pack of beads. Incredible!

These worked great for transporting flowers with water and looking really nice.

Easy to use

I had to fill 5 cases. I've never used these before but they are easy - they just keep swelling! We soaked these for 24 hours with the bead /water ratio given on the package. At noon the day of the event, we filled all the vases leaving about a 2" gap from the top. We added water to the top of the beads and they looked gorgeous!! As we continued getting things ready for the event, we kept noticing random gel beads here and there... they had swollen to the point that they were overflowing and spilling into the table. We drained most of the water from the vases thinking this would stop the overflow, but they kept enlarging and overflowing. We ended up having to take a lot of the beads out of the vases at the last minute and our color beads had been forced to the top of the vases being almost hidden by the floral overhang. These are really neat and pretty but I don't think the directions are accurate for use. And they are only invisible if they are covered by water.

These worked well , will buy again if needed.

These were a very fun way to make centerpieces for a wedding. 1 word of caution wear gloves to avoid all of the moisture in your fingers from being sucked out when creating with these. 😂 Other than that a little goes a long way reading the directions for measurements is vital we kept having to get larger containers because someone couldn’t follow directions 🤣

i took a huge aluminum pan and put all the beads in and watered them until they were full of water. I made a main centerpiece flower arrangement, and 6 other flower arrangements and still had a TON left. I have a friend that does a lot of gardening/planting and she uses them to keep the soil moist, so i gave the rest to her, but these are SO pretty with fairy lights in the vase as well! will def buy again (but maybe a smaller quantity)

Very beautiful in our flower bowls on Gala tables... made too many, so soaked my aching feet in the rest... very nice feeling.

Just remember to soak it a day before… very nice product

this is great for what I was doing but if left in water they continue to e and. one night I heard loud crash came into living room the plate I had over top of project went flying across the room with alot of the water beads. I put the plate over it to keep them in so I could finish my project in the morning

Be careful how many you put in water at one time. There is more than you think and of course they expand.
