 Truck arrived promptly thanks to Amazon. The box contains:-Truck-Remote to control truck-4x button top 3.7v nominal 18650 batteries (truck uses 2 at a time)-Battery charger (2 at a time)-extra cotter pins to hold truck body in place-wrench-user manualTruck appears to be fairly well constructed and hold up to moderate bashing. Contains some metal threaded components for the suspension. Many parts are plastic and replacement part availability is uncertain as user manual is fairly limited and doesn't contain diagrams or part numbers. Remote control contains trims to tweak throttle position and steering, but no throttle limit (max speed).Driving:Truck is fairly quick and responsive to steering. The motor isn't powerful enough to pop a wheelie which cutoff be good to accidental rollovers. I think the advertised 25mph top speed is a bit generous based on perceived speed. Good turning radius. See my video for some fun in the snow. I wouldn't recommend getting it too wet as I doubt the electronics would hold up.Changing direction from FWD to reverse or vice versa seems to require a pause in the stopped state (probabky to protect the motor/ESC), which can be a bit annoying. I probably noticed this more since I was driving it primarily indoors in an area not really big enough for an RC car of this size.If you're looking for a budget/value RC, I'd recommend this one. It's a good option at this price point.PROS:+RTR. Charge batteries, put AA's in remote and go!+Relatively cheap+2 sets of batteries+Some metal suspension components+18650 batteries with larger capacity can be used (I'd buy protected cells)+Fun!CONS:-Truck is repairable, but availability of replacement parts is unknown (possibly shares parts with HBX 12891)-No top speed limiter trim which helps when kids are learning to drive, thus preventing slamming into stationary objects at top speed

 This truck is fast and it climbs obstacles no problem. Battery life is good. The axles seem to be a weak point as my daughter broke one right off the bat. Contacted the company by email and had a response within a couple hours. They apologized for the inconvenience and sent out a new unit. Customer service is above and beyond anything expected. This truck is worth the money.

 This RC car is very well made. I drove it around different surfaces such as concretes, dirt, grass and it's very durable. The cover of the RC car can be easily removed and cleaned if it gets dirty. It's not hard to clean. I didn't even have to read the instruction manually to know how to use it and it's quite intuitive for me. I noticed also that this car is very hard to break so don't worry if you bump it into walls. It's very smooth and easy to control as you can adjust the speed and movement with the controller. The batteries are not hard to take out to charge. I would recommend this to anyone who really love RC cars, in my opinion it was worth every penny!

 Battery life is AMAZING!! Very responsive steering and fast driving. Finally my kid likes something more than his iPad. :-)

My buddy has been asking me for a year to get some type of RC for me to go with him to parks in such. He has a car lets say it can go like 80 mph or whatever and he over the years has put prob 600$ into this. Which is fine and a cool hobby and not a ton of money over the time period. So this is why I purchased this back to my experience. THIS IS FREAKIN AWESOME. I haven't had one in years and man they have come a long way. To start there is a little switch on the truck under the drivers side door and turning it to the RED line is actually turning it on. Turn on the remote after inserting batteries and B00M! YOUR RDY TO RAGE! The controls are sooooo easy and shortly after using you start to become one with your the car. Its solid and built well despite my second photo. Its 4x wheel drive lets you maneuver basically out of most things. Even some tall tall grass (one) time I could get it out without golden retrieving it. Over rocks, dirt, sand, grass, my child's foot on accident this thing is built for it all with minimal casualties. I was gonna keep writing sorry folks. Long story short went off a jump it must have hit wrong and broke the gear box up front. Still love it and sending photos to see how service responds will update with more info. Service responded in less then 24 hours looks like they are in other side of the planet time zone. They were amazing! figured out my issue and we will see when the replacement parts arrive. After opening the box, I felt it was worth the money. It was a big car and heavy. It took me a while to find the switch, but there were two rechargeable batteries and a charger. The speed of the car is very fast, children should play under the supervision of adults.

 This thing rips. Super fast and durable. I have jumped it multiple times and it is still kicking strong. Very good starter RC for all ages.

This is a very sturdy & fast car. My grandson loves it. I bought it for him so we can play together and it sure has accomplished that. I would buy it again.
