At last,a reasonably priced ballpoint that feels "just right" in the hand.Very stylish as well as writing very smoothly.Above all,it is not heavy like some more exoensive brands.A pen is a very personal thing and this pen suitz me in every respect.

This pen feels really nice in hand, is very heavy and premium finish, however, it broke within the first week of use, the glue that sticks the two parts together came undone and it is no longer usable. Also, the way it writes is quite scratchy, very fine nib and is not that satisfying on paper. Shame as it feels great in the hand

I ordered this as a replacement to the pen I used to carry in my pocket. Apparently I loaned that pen to someone and never got it back. The old pen was a gift so I was annoyed when I realized what had happened and decided I wanted something nicer than my old one (since I'm somewhat of a pen snob I wanted a gel pen with a cap to keep the lint off it. I've found that when you loan someone your pen and it has a cap, if you keep the cap while they're writing, they are more likely to return your pen). For less than $20, this feels like a nice heavy pen, it just feels solid in your hand - not like a cheap plastic pen. I'm not a fan of the way they 'sealed' the writing end of this pen, as removing that plastic took some effort and when I was done my fingers had ink on them. But that's a one-time problem. Contrast that with how nicely this pen writes and how it feels in your hand, that seems like a small price to pay. The ink flow is quite good and seems smoother than the Pilot gel pens I used to use before I got my gift pen. This even comes with a couple spare cartridges, which, so long as I don't lose them (or the pen), means this pen should last me for years.

The pen works, but the point of this pen might not be for everyone.The pen is durable, easy to write with. Comes with a refill.The strokes are a bit thick than other pens, but still very nice.Recommend if you need it.

I ordered this pen to give to one of the clerks at the office who always helps me out. I picked the green color because as an auspicious color, it might help him generate money, lol. Anyway, when it arrived, it was a really nice pen and I am so tempted to keep it! First of all, it is a good heft to it, the twisting action of the pen is really smooth and the refills appear to be of the Schmidt type, so easily locatable worldwide. Note, for the pen to work the little cap on the refill needs to be peeled away. Anyway, the cap screws down well and the tactile feel of the pen is great! A great gift for men, I think, even our in-house lawyer was impressed with it and wondered if he should get one too. Anyway, I may order another in blue to give away and just keep this one!

I am picky with pens and this is a really nice one. I love the color and weight of it and it definitely comes in very giftable packaging in a blue sparkly box with velvet cushioning inside. Writing with it is very satisfying and smooth. It does make a bit of a rollerball noise when doing fast paced writing like a signature. The ink is really nice and the color is a nice shade of black. I do wish the flow of ink was just a bit less. On my 35lb journal paper it ALMOST bleeds through, but not quite. Overall I do think this pen is worth the price and I'm sure name brands charge much more for a pen of this quality.

I'm a writer and I guess that's why I'm obsessive about pens. I only use quality pens. This doesn't mean heirloom quality or anything like that--just well made, attractive and functional pens. This is a really nice one. It looks great and is nicely weighted. It feels excellent in hand and is easy to grip. It writes nice, smooth and clear with no skipping. The added weight in the cap is a nice touch and greatly improves the stability of the pen. Quality pen at a reasonable price point. Highly recommended!
