My new cutting “board” is lite weight and easy to clean. It stores easily in a drawer. I’m very satisfied.

This is a very good quality cutting board - it's the first one I've seen that is stainless steel and I like it. I don't think I'll go back to the wooden ones. It's lightweight and easy to clean and store. You can work on either side and it's dishwasher safe. It's a great price for the quality.

I like it but I thought it was bigger

In general, I like stainless steel items, so this board is no exception. I got the 15" x 11.5" board (medium size) which provides just enough space for work. If you order one, you should go for the largest size without hesitation unless you do not have space to place it or you want it for camping and other outdoor activities, where you do not do elaborate cooking. Under no circumstances, for use in your kitchen, you order the smallest size. I have one but it is too small to be really useful.The thickness is similar to the thickness of all similar boards in the market. Personally, I prefer that thicker boards are made available, perhaps twice as thick. As they are, they are easy to bend. Not too easy, but easy. However, by having less metal, they are light. At the same time, being made of stainless steel, it is easy and fast to clean them.Here is now something that I do not understand: On the information page it says "Hand-washing only; dishwasher safe'. Well, the two are contradictory. Can it be placed in the dishwasher or not? If not, why? All my other stainless steel items can go into the dishwasher.
