Does the job. Not a terrible price

We have been using Tri-Fold Paper Towels from Marathon and Pacific Blue for several years. Marathon is apparently getting away from concise packaging and the towels have gotten so thin that they rip when your hands are wet and you need a towel. The packaging is rough shod. Pacific Blue is very absorbent but they rip even easier when hands are wet and you try to take a towel out of the dispenser. After years of removing quality in order to increase profits, Marathon and Pacific Blue have become unacceptable. These companies need to learn the simple truth: If your quality falls while you are still raising prices, it is obvious that the investors who own your stock are clearly more important than the customers who pay for it all.Genuine Joe towels are packaged precisely so the presentation is elegant compared to the others. GJ towels are very absorbent, they hold up well when my hands are wet and they are soft. These towels feel like a real paper towel. THANK YOU Genuine Joe for still offering quality in your products.

TheseGenuine Joe GJO21100 Multifold (tri-fold) white towels are actually white, not dingy, and much softer to the touch than any others we've tried yet are heavyweight with a sturdy feel. They do not fall apart even when used to scrub and no lint or tiny pieces laying under the dispensers either. One to dry your hands is enough if you're not picky about a very minute amount of moisture remaining without shaking first or two for a complete in between the fingers no shake overkill dry. If your shaking first you will only need one towel. There are 16 packs of 250 towels in the box. Packaging is in form with shipping paper towels. Because these perform well in every area you would expect in a quality product you use far less. After using this product for two months in an heavy traffic office/warehouse setting I can confidently say I am very pleased with this purchase and will be reordering.

I've been getting Genuine joe Multifolds for my multi station fire department since Covid. I see a lot of recent reviews saying less product and smaller boxes and even posting photos to show this. I also noticed the smaller boxes, HOWEVER, I also noticed that the towels are packed way more compressed and the older bigger box has the same exact quantity AND weighs the same as the newer smaller boxes. I weighed them both. I appreciate the smaller amount of space the smaller boxes take up in our storage room and we are getting the same quality paper towels, they have not changed as far as any of my employees see. I'm not a selling vendor, I'm an office manager in charge of station supplies for our fire stations where our firefighters live on 24+ shifts, and we are all still as happy with these paper towels today as we were six months ago when they were delivered in bigger boxes and not packed so tightly. My recent complaint is that the vendor has been out of stock and therefore I've had a couple of orders cancelled on me and I'm hoping this gets fixed quickly!

I've tried 2 other brands because they were a little cheaper, but they didn't even compare to these. I'm going back to these. I started ordering these for my home when Covid hit, and we couldn't get regular paper towels. Then I liked them so much, I never went back to regular paper towels. I just got a countertop holder for them, and kept buying these! They are durable, yet absorbent. I can let them dry and re-use them for something I need to wipe off the floor later on! Love these!!!
