Panasonic Toughbook CF-53 MK1 Intel Core i5 8GB RAM 1TB SSHD Windows 10 Laptop Rugged

I have purchased this 2 years ago and it was stored for almost a year because the staff who was supposed to use it was not hired. The day it was finally used I've got a complain that the laptop was really slow for a Core i5 with .8Gb and a SSHD. But my colleague continued to use it as he is working in a really remote area, saying it was better than nothing. But today he decided to send it back as it becomes a pain for him. My surprise : the disk was HDD but not SSHD, it was supposed to be Windows 10 but it was Win7. only 4GB of RAM installed, nothing on the 2nd slot. We've bought two units so I will check the second one if it is the same case as my other colleague using it complain also that it is really slow.
