Lamberts SOYA Isoflavones 50mg - 60 Tablets

This product isn't intended to be used throughout a woman's cycle - only 5 days in the beginning (not after day 9). With that said, it didn't cause any major problems for me. The first month of taking it I did get a couple of headaches, but were able to get rid of them. Unfortunately, the reason why I was taking them was to move my ovulation date earlier as it is usually a moving target always later than 21 days and it did not do it. On the good side, however, it did create what can be described as a stronger ovulation. I especially like the fact they are 50mg per pill due to the fairly precise dosage one needs to take and there are no other brands out there who have 50mg. Therefore, for that reason alone it would be a good buy. This product is not for everyone. If it's not broken, don't fix it. Please do your research on all soy isoflavones before taking.

The product contains Titanium Dioxide and Silicon Dioxide. I'd prefer not to have these additives

I quick noticed a change in my skin after three days taking this tablets and my back pain improved a lot : )
