Broke the same day
Maybe mine was just faulty, but it broke the very same day. It was good when using and did cleanly shave facial hair, but broke almost immediately after- I don’t think it was the hair itself that broke it (fine, thin hair) but rather the particular product I received was a bit poorly made (?) Its durability was extremely low.

No charge!
Works well until you need to charge it. Unfortunately for me I charged it after the 30 days (didn’t need it before) and it did not charge! Very disappointing as can’t see how to get a replacement or refund!
