This really worked for me and what is good is that you can use it on either hand/ wrist. It offers good support and really eased discomfort, it fits well and it easy to use.

These wrist splints are excellent value as the pair is included in the cost,After about a week of wearing them each night there was a considerable improvement in the symptoms of carpel tunnel discomfort.Now I only use them now and again if I have had indications that there may be symptoms developing during the evening.

To be clear, this is a positive review and I am happy with the product. It does what is expected, the below are just some things to note that may or may not apply to you.Positives:• It is well made, and the stitching and materials look and feel good. No skin irritation was caused for me or other such issues.Neutrals:• Not sure of its usefulness for Tendonosis, since when it is supporting the wrist, it presses against the tendons in the wrist making them more painful. However, I did find making the brace tighter did help a bit with this since it spread the weight out more, but never enough to fully help.• Personally I don't find it comfortable to wear for keyboard/mouse use since it is a little bulky and does restrict movement. This isn't an issue with this product specifically, more the whole category of products. To be clear though, this is very much a subjective thing.• The info booklet honestly wasn't helpful for me, It is very light on information. Maybe for someone who doesn't have an internet connection or access to healthcare it could be useful. But that is a very niche market.Positive surprises• Now that the issues with my wrist have mostly healed from rest and I am no longer in pain, it is actually far more comfortable to wear. I am finding it very useful for helping me to correct my wrist posture and identify what activities causes bad posture . Which should hopefully improve the long term health of my wrist.

Bought this today for my painful wrist, very tender following an over strain.Really easy to apply and provides just enough support and soft on the skinEasily adjusted to different hand or size.

Helped a little, could have been linger

This product fits really well, the thin material on the inside stops any rubbing on your skin. The velcro is very good, meaning the item maintains the same level of support all the time you're wearing it.

Great wrist support

It does support your wrist and in that sense I'm happy with it. Not sure if this one has some copper in it, but, if it doesn't maybe that could be added. Normally rational people I know have said that copper bracelets do seem to help them with arthritic type pain and weakness (which is my issue). I don't think the copper would do any harm and it might help too. Not long after I bought this I took a three week holiday. During that three weeks I was relieved of daily chores, didn't exercise (I normally do some weights and a bit of cardio) and didn't play guitar and interrupted learning to play piano (it was the pain while learning piano that prompted me to look for something). Before I left I had been using the wrist support and it did seem to help while it was on. On return from my holiday, where I didn't use the wrist support at all, the pain had eased considerably. Since returning I have used it, and continue to use it, but, especially when doing weights, I am also more careful not to strain my wrist and I wear the support. All in all hard to say how much if anything the wrist band has helped, but, it definitely hasn't done any harm and, at least at the moment, my problem is somewhat reduced. One other thing, the design with the thin strap (but not too thin) between first finger and thumb means you can wash your hands or dishes, a mug, whatever, without getting it sopping wet. Other designs I've seen with wider strapping across the palm don't avoid this potential problem.

This product is very comfortable to wear.....I really don't even feel like I am wearing it ..AND it supports my wrist relieves the pain. AND it is well made.

Ottimo prodotto, avevo provato un ‘altra polsiera ma si è subito allentata, questo invece mantiene bene il polso e non impegna tutta la mano. Inoltre, da una forte stabilità al polso. Sono molto soddisfatta.
