I'm Pretty skeptical about buying some things on Amazon but I purchased these anyway. I'm in school right now to be an EMT and the load is very demanding. I have noticed a slight difference when taking these before class (WITH A MEAL you need fats to break them down and actually get absorption) my focuse seems to be more direct and centered on the lesson.
