It comes out of the wash fairly wrinkle free, but I like a smoother look so I give it a once over with the steamer to get it looking really sharp. The fit is the same as all of my other shirts that are XXL, so you can feel safe ordering your normal size. I like this shirt, and will buy it again in other colors.
