Go up a size!
Although I purchased the size that the chart indicated I should, I could only hook the last hook, never the tightest. The size chart should be revamped to allow for the swelling that occurs after you have breast surgery.

Comfortable and adjustable

Bra is comfortable and supportive. If you are looking for true compression, buy a size smaller. I am a 34 DDD and the medium is comfortable but not truly compressed.

Fabric was a little hard.
The fabric was a little harder than I expected. I had a breast reduction And according to the chart size I would be a medium but it was actually very tight.
