For the price, this is a decent planner. The cover is plastic. The planner arrived plastic-wrapped in a bubble mailer, which was fine. The plastic wrap is tight and bent the plastic cover along the edges due to being thin. There's a white crease from the bend where the rest of the cover is green (sage) so that's disappointing. You do have to "assemble" this one a bit. The elastic strap to hold it together, the ribbon bookmark and pen holder aren't attached to the book. There's an instruction booklet included in case you can't figure it out on your own. The removable bookmark (plastic) is nice and actually works in a few other spiral books I have so I'll be able to use it longer than using this planner. The paper is smooth and thin. It holds ink fine, but I use a very fine gel tip (0.38) and light hand. If you use something thicker and write heavier, your results may be different than mine. The pages turn smooth enough until you reach the end of the year, then they start to stick in the middle and require some extra effort. So if you aren't careful there you might experience some tearing. This is a dated planner and is also tabbed. Starts January 2025 and runs through December 2025. The A5 size is nice and portable. This is also thin so will be easy to slip into something without taking up too much space. Depending on your writing utensil, it could fit into the spiral and then you wouldn't need to attach the pen holder. This planner provides you the option. I don't need the ribbon markers as the plastic removable one will serve me well. I love the layout for the weekly portions of the planner. Spaces for a to-do list and timed schedule for EACH day and each day has the same amount of space. They've really crammed a lot into this layout for this size and I'm very appreciative of it as I hadn't seen that before. I prefer an A5 and I write on the smaller size so this is great for me.

I love this planner. I tried to include a picture of the interior pages (there's a spread for each month, as well as spreads for each week), as the layout of the pages is always a big deal to me. The little stickers and many options for book marks are cute. It will work great as an appointment book. I only have one beef with it: the cover is sturdy plastic which will take ages to break down and I can only use this planner for a single year. Please make the covers from sturdy cardboard instead in the future.
