The media could not be loaded. I'm writing this review after trying and several experiments.After I received the product it was working fine but I couldn't install the lights that time as I was waiting for the alluminium profile diffuser (it scatters the light evenly)After installation it tripped! I thought the strip stopped working (which is common with led strips these days) I request a replacement and I also got a call from the support team and they instructed me to allign the arrows on the same side( which is a basic thing I was unaware of)So guess what happened? The same light I was considering short started working. I don't need a replacement anymoreWhat's important is that these lights are short circuit proof ( it won't get damaged easily by wrong connections and fluctuations) and that's a big thing as I can change cheap lights over and over again wasting my time.So coming to the wifi operation: its smooth, easy to set up, and convenient for majorityThese LEDs are little more expensive than whats available in the market but these are of supreme quality plus water proofAnd that makes the price acceptable.The brightness and colour contrast are great.No issues as such! I'm satisfied and its actually a value for money.Customer support is greatIf one thing I need to point pick that would be the provisions of atleast one connecter as you might need to cut it for different placement.You won't find something this much promising in this price.

Ordered this by watching Youtubers review.Well it arrived, First time it was used as the product was not even smart had just one light. 2nd time The product was defective.Yea I was foolish to order it second time as I saw a review of a big YouTuber(1or 2 years back) Maybe the company now lost it's honesty. That made in India sticker on the box is just a marketing schemes don't go for it, don't become a fool like me.Well some cons and cons. (Nothing pros in it except for the brightness)1-) *NO BRANDING* there is no company branding inside, you can't even tell if you're getting a product from smartmesh or from a local shop.(Other smart products from syska, Phillips,govee,etc all have amazing packaging).2-) *THE SERVICE* If by chance your product stops working in the middle of the warranty period (which stopped working on the second day in my case) "You'll" have to go on a long trip for the repairing as thete are rare service point, Yes it's true they have no good customer care, I was calling the customer care for whole 2 days and no one responded and neither they called back I only once got lucly that he picked up. 3-) CUSTOMER CARE , They have 1 person who manages it and I guess he's the founder of the company too lol. Some reviews here might be some lucky people who never got any trouble but ya I was not lucky :(4-) THE APP Well all my efforts,all my energy wasted in connecting the smart light to it's app. The same thing no customer care support here too. Tho I found a App known as "Smart life" which made it connect.CONCLUSIONYes, I request if you wanna save your money please don't buy. You can go for syska smart light, Govee lights(Phillips too but it's a bit expensive) These could be a little bit more expensive than this Smartmesh light but I can tell you that they are all great genuine products. [Govee only delivers in USA but Amazon delivers it with some extras but no worry they do it amazingly. Go checkout their reviews on YouTube You'll get amazed.First time writing a review, Dont mind the spelling , will work on it. :)

Good product but not without flaws.Pros:1. Easy enough to install.2. Good brightness.3. Made in India.Cons:1. I found it to be slightly expensive.2. The colour sensitivity is not that great. I mean it says on the box 16 millions colours, and the app interface is really helpful for colour selection but the light isn't very colour sensitive. It can display broad colours but you can't fine tune them.3. The app needs a little more work on music sync and scheduling mechanism.

Just go for it.. My Room is example of home automation in my area.. I have using almost every home automation produce like alexa, Google eco, wipro plug, bulb, tubeligh, doorlock camera and i was searching for a good quality of strip light Then I found this.. And i definitely say by my experience This is Best smart strip light .. The glue of the strip is outstanding and Good quality..You have facing no problem sticking this streep light on any wall, desk or TV backside.. It's detected by alexa automatic and the brightness is superb up to the marks.. Music mood is Okay 😍😍😍😍😍😍

After one year of use controller stopped working. Not worth it

Gum/glue on it is not good it wears down within few weeks after installing it.And again aft few months led stops working and colour mismatch in some cases.In other cases the lights are good works perfect with my google mini and also using mobile application.wish there were more features too but it is mentioned in future updates some new features will be available.the main negative point and in the product is it not too sticky as it wears down within few weeks so might have to use some tapes / manually add some glue to stick it. which might not look good if we make use tapes.And in some led strips are not working aft few months of using.

product is good but the function of schedule and music mode ,the app is to improve as music mode will work till the screen is on in mobile ,if you minimise the screen the app get off, and for schedule is not working properly some time it work and sometime it doesn't, so ultimately the app has to be refined and updated.all the bestJOE
