Fusion5 is a lightweight lap top, very easy to use. I received my order very quickly extremely well packaged, but there were issues with the machine. First use for some reason coloured vertical lines appeared on the screen, then black horizontal lines and then the screen was completely black. Nothing at all, but communication with the suppliers was very straight forward and I received a replacement within a couple of days. If you have any problems with your order, no matter what, I would recommend that your first port of call is to the supplier/manufacturer. In this case, they were very helpful and resolved the problem very quickly.

The laptop is very slim, good sized screen and clear graphic. The set up was really easy and quick. Very useful for travel and doing school work. . What was surprising was how fast it was and the keyboard and touch pad a very responsive. It is a windows system but you will need to get the Microsoft Office suite. It does not have a CD drive and the RAM is lower but you can always get external memmory drive. It has a front facing camera that is good too. With clear and loud speakers as well as a 3.5mm headphone jack, HDMI slot and micro SD slot and Definitely recommend it if you have a tight budget for University student work. I am very happy with my purchase.

This is a very inexpensive laptop with basic spec, so we didn't expect luxury performance or amazing storage space. Ours ran very slowly after about a week, but Fusion5 did respond to our appeal for help and it seemed to be up to an acceptable speed again for a short time. Eventually they replaced it. We were wary of putting too many apps on it or trying to store too much on the local disk. We did get a micro sd card to expand the storage in the hope it would preserve its capability to maintain a decent performance.However, after just a short time the replacement one is annoyingly slow . It is only subject to very light use, such as email and websurfing - nothing very demanding. We have asked Fusion to allow us to upgrade to a better model, but they have only responded by asking us to do the same things they asked us to do with the one they eventually agreed to replace. Disappointed in the computer and disappointed in the response from Fusion. Avoid!!We thought we were getting a bargain, but now we are going to have to ditch it and buy a proper one.

Everything was up and running well within five minutes of opening the box. The laptop arrived within 48 hrs of ordering, and the package seemed almost too light to have a laptop of this size inside! The screen is large and beautifully sharp, and the keyboard very responsive. The one minor issue for me is that the curser is very sensitive, and you need a steady hand so that you don't nudge it off target before clicking. A great purchase!

I've had this laptop for less than a year and it is the worst piece of electronics I've ever had. To the point where I actively avoid using it, because it's such a hassle. When it first arrived, the R button on the keyboard didn't work. I didn't return it, as needed a laptop at the time and didn't want to cause a fuss; I wasn't planning on writing essays on it, so thought I could get by by pressing the R button firm enough to make it work. Sometimes it does, sometimes my sentences are missing R's. Since then, it has just deteriorated. If I'm on Internet explorer and I try move to a different page, it feels this is too strenuous and causes the whole browser to shut down. It constantly crashes, actions are delayed and it isn't fit for purpose. At the time of buying it, I was skint, but desperately needed a laptop, so purchased this for it's good reviews. But it has been an absolute waste of money, because it is unusable. If I could give it less than 1 star, I would.

I needed a new laptop, at a good price and so I bought the Fusion 13.3. It arrived the next day through the Amazon locker systemIts best features are its design , sleekness and lightweightI'm getting used to the on / off button being in a different place to my last laptop .I keep turning it off ( almost ) by mistake , but fortunately it doesn't go off!.In a bit of a panic about the lack of storage , but will get the extra storageBattery doesn't seem to last very long though...

Product purchased for partner as a budget 'first laptop'. Required for On-line MA. Priorities being e-mail, wordprocessing, course videos. No requirement for processor hungry graphics or games. the Fusion5 looks to fit the breif.Downsides? Small storage, no extended keyboard with numeric keypad, no dvd drive. However, we took this into consideration when we looked at the price.What we like? The small, light form, decent battery life away form the mains, wifi connectivity and 13'5 inch screen. A great compromise creating value for money. Partner is very pleased!
