Fits like OEM. Nice part

Fit into the radiator slot in my AP1 S2K without any issues. OE fans did not mount correctly. I ended up purchasing Spal low profile fans. They fit correctly with Spal fan mounting brackets. Other than that there was not any other problems. The Mishimoto radiator looks great and does the job. I would haven given 5 stars if it were not for the oe fan fitment issues. Other than that everything works fine.

So far so good had it for about 2 months now in my 2004 S2k. I got this as a replacement as the oem started to leak from top where foam was getting wet. My mechanic i know installed without any alterations or issues. Like the all aluminum construction added looks and performance. Stock fan was able to fit on it. I added fresh blue honda coolant with purple ICE as i read about someone using it but it didnt drop the normal range bars on the temp guage like i read on a review. Hopefully it will last.

Quality of the radiator itself is great, fitment for the OEM fans is trash. Had to shave down a quarter inch on each tab from the bottom and push down on the fan to make it line up for the bolts. Also had to relocate the fan sensor on the passenger side because it doesn’t fit with the OEM intake. If it weren’t for the shaving, trimming and removing all that stuff it’s a 30 minute job. With all that other work that has to be done it took me about 2 hours not including the time it took to go to the store for a dreme.The bottom hose also doesn’t fit as well as OEM and leaked. Make sure you check on installation and once in a while. I got aftermarket clamps because the oem just could not be tightened since it’s just a clamp.

Easy install on s2000. DIY install in an hour. Must modify the stock A/C fan in order to fit with K&N intake. Still remains 186-190 degrees normal driving. However under hard driving the temps still never go above 195. Worth the extra $100 over the stock radiator.

Fitment was poor at best. The biggest issue is the provision for the temp sensor that screws into the bottom of the radiator. The OE rad provision has an angle to it so the o-ring on the sensor will seal properly, on the Mishi there is no angle so the sensor bottoms out before the o-ring will seal causing a nasty leak! Just a poor design and lack of attention to detail by the manufacturer. Also, my rad was warped. Upon installation one side was about 1/2" closer to the front of the rad support compared to the other side. If I had it to do over again, I'd buy a different brand. This rad's fit and finish is comparable to a no-name $100 special, either save your money and buy the off brand or chose a competitor's product for a bit more.

I paired this up with mishimotos line of cooling products (silicone hoses, thermostat, and fan switch.) Also used honda type 2 blue coolant paired with royal purple's purple ice. HUGE difference in cooling of the engine. I live in Dallas, TX and it gets hot here. This setup cooled my engine down by 2 bars on the temp guage (s2000 owners know what I'm talking about.) Only issue with fitment was having to put washers on the bottom where the radiator sits in order to raise it up so the radiator stays can hold it in place at the top. Not a big deal.

Installation was easy because this is a top notch product. All the mounting points are spot on, and the mounting bungs for the fan assembly lined up perfect....thank you Mishimoto for another great product....I bought their oil cooler kit after this install, same thing, easy install because all the supplied brackets and oil lines were perfect!
