Great For Displaying Needlepoint!
I have a 8.5” diameter Needlepoint frame that doesn’t stand on its’ own.I required a plate display with a tall back to rest upon, as to not poke into the fabric on the open backside of this hoop frame.I invested a lot of time searching various stands on Amazon. This is a very sturdy piece with a wide space at the bottom to accommodate thick items. I’m using it to display a decorative cutting board. Very stable.

Sturdy, stylish, holds on perfectly
I have an expensive fossilized sea shell that was carefully cut to show it's inner chambers. It is held BEAUTIFULLY by this frame, almost like custom made! It sits tightly on the frame with NO FEAR of it going anywhere!If you need a HIGHLY DURABLE, SSLIGHTLY LARGER FRAME YOU'VE FOUND IT!

Super sturdy.
These stands are great. Super sturdy and with enough lip to securely support a plate. We got the 12 inch stands for a couple of 14 inch plates and they are just right.
