National Trust Complete Country Cookbook (National Trust Food)

saw this book a few weeks before in a National Trust shop and really liked the look of the recipes( I enjoy cooking !!) and wished later that I had bought it. Saw it on Amazon and it was easier, and cheaper, than going about 40 milesback to the shop so immediately ordered it and cannot fault it. A really good buy with excellent recipes which are easy to follow

Great book and really nice recipes. The only thing I would have liked would have been more pictures showing how the dish should look when cooked. Overall though a really useful cookbook to have in your kitchen.

Following the style of other National Trust cookery books, this is full of traditional recipes well laid out in excellent print and paper quality which makes reading whilst preparing a lot easier. The vast majority of recipes have pictures of the finished dish. Some lovely recipes and good old favouritesThe only negative for me was the hardback quality as supplied by Amazon. The first copy I received was severely marked and was returned. The second arrived and although it was not marked as badly. I decided to keep it to avoid yet more hassle of returning it. as I suspect the whole batch was probably faulty. So a note to Amazon - selling books as new means that they should be exactly that

Well made. Good quality paper used. Clear size of print. Very nice not so much seen recepies that are a real treat to look forward too.
