If I might insert an aside, in general, it’s worth it to do the math to figure out how much DHA and EPA you’re getting for your dollar from any given fish oil product, as there’s often no need to pay extra for “high strength” fish oil if you could simply take a little more “lower strength” stuff for less total cost.To be more specific about this particular product, I found it to be a competently manufactured fish oil from another one of those Utah supplement companies. It’s based on sardine oil instead of, say, salmon, but there’s realistically no practical difference after standardization, and it keeps costs down. As with the other “burpless” fish oils I’ve tried in the past, the “burplessness” comes from the addition of limonene to cover up most of the smell, not eliminate it entirely, and that’s just the way it is. I can say that it passes my usual taste test for fish oil, which involves breaking open a capsule with my teeth and determining whether there are any off-flavors or other red flags. Product shipped quickly and arrived intact. This product seems more high yield for two capsules than other Omega 3 products, or is it just me? This product has substantially higher EPA than DHA in the Omega 3 profile. Research has highlighted some of the differences between the two (both are helpful), and it is better that you check it out for yourself from at least a couple studies or websites if you would like to know more. This brand seems very straightforward in its product description and it even has some safety information, which is better than many supplement providers. I didn't experience any issues with the product. As of the time of this review, it is going for $0.25/serving, which is not bad.

So far have had no trouble with these pills but I did not realize how large they were when I ordered them. I have a difficult time taking some pills and so these were quite concerning once I got a visual on how big they were. Thankfully however I haven't had any difficulties actually swallowing these. While large there Actually easy to swallow and do not get stuck though every time I have to take them I am still intimidated. These do not leave any fishy after taste or fish burps or anything of the nature and have not caused any gastro upset so I would say so far so good. Would recommend.
