A copy of this was sent to my friend from a GP in America.I borrowed it and was so impressed that I ordered my own copy.Very useful book giving alternatives to a variety of treatments without the unpleasant side effects of traditional drugs.

The book is easy to read and well presented. It is not especially evidence-based.

My first copy was worn out, so I got this secondhand, but you wouldn't know it if you saw it. Crisp pages and clean cover. Good price too.

I am taking a course on herbal remedies and initially bought the paperback version which I am heavily using and highlighting. The information is phenomenal but paperback is starting to fall apart. I bought the hardback as a backup and a reference which I will not mark up.The seller sent the book in good time; it was well packaged and in great condition.
