Heavy Duty Vest that fits well!
This was perfect for increasing difficulty of long walks. I’ve tried some light jogs with it but it’s a little too heavy for that in my opinion. Great for bodyweight workouts too. Weight is secured well to body with straps so it doesn’t move around much when moving. A good buy!

Aunque podais pensar lo contrario y mas mirando los precios de otros productos semejantes, este no solo viene ya con el peso incorporado (se puede retirar si necesario) como también es súper cómodo. Muy buen producto
