I've been using this facewash for several weeks now and I love it. It cleanses well without needing to use too much, it doesn't dry my skin nor has it irritated it in any way. It also has a very pleasant subtle scent.It's a little pricier than I would normally pay, but its worth the investment in my opinion as a little really does go a long way.

A big fan the Organic Pharmacy brand... This particular cleansing gel gives you a soothing experience, thanks to its blend of rosehip, aloe vera, and calendula. It effectively removes impurities without stripping the skin's natural moisture, making it ideal for those with sensitive or dry skin. The light rose scent adds a touch of luxury to the routine. However, it's worth noting that the product contains alcohol, which might not be suitable for everyone. Overall, it's a gentle cleanser that leaves the skin feeling refreshed and hydrated.

This is a high end product but I’m a little surprised that, given the brand, only 10.7% of the ingredients are organic, with 91.2% as “natural”, although the two figures clearly add up to more than 100%! So that’s a little confusing, as is the further description (I’ve shown both photos) as having ingredients “from organic farming” and others “made using organic ingredients”. Hmmm. Given the name, actually very little is organic overall, and it still contains alcohol which I’ve always found very drying on my skin. However, using the light brown gel feels pleasant enough (and the pump is good, as you don’t need much) and it produces a light lather so you can massage this over your entire face and neck. I’ve always washed off my cleanser with warm water, which I personally find very soothing, so I’m pleased to see this is recommended here. I like this but I don’t love it, and I think it’s rather overpriced as so little is organic. I initially gave it four stars but I wouldn’t buy it again so I’ve dropped that to three stars.

I'm used to using cleansers designed to combat hormonal spot outbreaks but I've reached my fifties and my skin is more sensitive, reactive and has the inevitable fine lines and wrinkles. I love that this face wash thoroughly cleanses and that it doesn't contain any harsh ingredients to aggravate my skin. According to the description this cleanser has anti-oxidant and anti-microbial properties as well as being hydrating for mature, delicate skin like mine. My skin feels soft and refreshed, without that feeling of being parched dry after using this product. The rose aroma is very pleasant whilst using it, and it doesn't linger once it's washed off. The cleanser is like a runny gel which works into a light lather. I used a wet muslin cloth made by the same brand to remove it and to exfoliate my skin to make the texture extra smooth. It's a kind and gentle product with powerful cleansing and protective properties. I love that it's made in the UK and vegan too. I think I might have been converted to this kinder, more natural cleanser. The only issue for me is the cost. If it's within your budget it's definitely worth it.

I have used many brands of cleansing gel, but have never found 'the one' ... until now!I have used other products from the Organic Pharmacy and have been very pleased with them, so I was excited to try this. It is in a pump bottle - very easy to dispense exactly the amount you need (and you don't need much). The gel has a subtle rose smell, which always makes me feel relaxed, and as you massage it into your face it lathers up, which was a big advantage for me as my face never feels clean unless I get a lather with a gel.Once you have massaged it into your face, you simply take it off using a muslin cloth and warm water, or if you don't have one, a face cloth. This gives a mild exfoliating effect and it gets all of the daily dirt and grime off your face so that afterwards your face feels nice and fresh and very clean. I always finish off with a rinse under cold water which really makes my skin zing!I really rate this gel highly - it gets my face clean and has no nasty chemicals in it. Everything is natural. Brilliant!

This The Organic Pharmacy Rose Facial Cleansing Gel comes in an easy to dispense 200 ml pump-action bottle.The fragrance is lovely and smells clean and fresh. I applied it as directed and rinsed/wiped it off with a muslin cloth. The gel lathered up well and left my face feeling clean; unfortunately, it also dried my skin out and made it feel a bit tight.It’s a decent cleanser but slightly too drying for my skin. For the best results, I like to use a clean water warm muslin cloth to wipe it away. It was effective at cleaning away the day without drying out or making my skin tight. Plus, it’s vegan, which is essential for me.A super nice cleanser that’s gentle and effective, I definitely recommend giving this one a try!
