Full of funny stories to make one think and laugh.

The book has excellent stories by excellent writers. Very good to take a walk among Ireland's tales.

Nothing new here. Hard to make old tales interesting.

Full of interesting anecdotes and poems from many of the best known Irish writers. Thoroughly entertaining and informative of the Irish character.

Excellent service but I have ordered quite a few books recently so I have not gotten around to reading it. But on a quick flp through it looks to be well worth the money.

Being Scottish with loads of Scottish stories to fall back on I thought why not Irish ones too. The two cultures are not dissimilar after all. I have enjoyed what stories I have read so far. Being frank I purchase more books that I envisage ever getting my head round. I am something of a collector as such and purchase for fear of missing an opportunity to do so later. This is a great book to entertain grandchildren with.
