The media could not be loaded.  It’s made in the USA by hand in VA.Baby smooth sanded (unpainted)finish. Use as is or stain and paint.It rotates like all carousels do but unlike most it has different height containers (19 total)I’m using the short ones to hold charcoal sticks, papillons, smudge blunts and will use it for pencils as they get shorter from sharpening. But it would still hold full height markers/pens. See video/pics.Please note TWO THINGS:1- there about 10 models all made by hand in VA (search the brand but look for this maker). All in different sizes and widths. I reviewed and purchased a non carousel version too.2-Like others have mentioned it ships and gets delivered much faster than Amazon says. Mine got here a week earlier (in 4 days) than predicted by Amazon; in fact the same day than another prime item did. Your money goes to the seller and the carrier. Not towards fees or duty.It does what it is supposed to do but it looks, feels, smells great. Outstanding craftsmanship. Art in its own way. Rotates beautifully even loaded up. And if it ever stopped I would just clean it. It’s a simple disc on disc. It’s just perfect.

Just love this pencil carousel. It is a real pleasure and works like a charm. I love that compact discs are repurposed to use for the revolving function. What a delight to have the touch and feel as well as beauty of wood rather than plastic. The rubber feet, perfect size and weight allow the carousel to stay in place on my tilted drawing table. Love the different height holders - I wasn’t sure if I would and am so glad I decided to purchase it over the single size. (Though I did get one of those too - and have ordered a second of this one). Great product and worth every penny. You will be happy you purchased.

I like the look, the idea, the lazy susan, and the craftsmanship However, the wooden cups are a little bit smaller than the purpose for which I intended the caddy, so I repurposed it to hold other stuff.

Love that I can arrange my pencils according to the color wheel. Good size! Wish it came in some larger sizes also.I have had this for a few months now, it works great, is very well made and works perfectly still inspite of constant daily use and I especially love this particular style as I can put the stubs in a color coded manner too!! No more fishing for the stubs! You will not regret this purchase!!

I didn't realize how small this was. The picture made it look a lot bigger. I am still able to use it but for much smaller things or fewer items. I still like it, I just wish it was as big as I thought it was going to be.
