This is a very clever device to help you keep your arms in the desired V shape during your swing.Its perfect for the driving range or even at home to check your swing. It takes up very little room and the hand pump fills this quickly. It is surprising how helpful this is. I would recommend this to help improve your game and hit straight shots.

The strap is adjustable - yay! The strap does not stay adjusted - boo! So the concept is great and it works for a swing or two. The the satin lanyard slips through the adjuster, making it longer and longer. Way too much of a pain to keep adjusting.

I'm 5'9" with average length arms and had to adjust the cord to its shortest length. This is important so the ball sits right below your elbows. If you are shorter or this will be annoying to keep placing the ball in the right location. Other than that it does its job and comes with a little pump to inflate the ball. Have only used it a couple hours so can't speak to its durability yet.

Easy to assemble and use. The concept of this training aid is solid as it does a good job of keeping your arms connected throughout the swing. You may be a bit self-conscious using it on the range but pros do it - why can't you? It works well for me.

A color for women, which is very friendly. The kit was pretty easy to use and put together, I did not have any problems inflating the ball and as silly as this may sound and looks, it indeed helped me train and get better swing and posture while I was training golf. In the beginning I was a little bit embarrassed about using it because I thought that everyone would be looking at me but later I got used to it and I don't mind anymore as it has been helping me improve my golf skills.

At first I thought it was going to be too small but it is the perfect size. Husband has been using this for the last month and says it works well. Has a nice texture and is adjustable. It hasn’t leaked at all. Much more affordable than the other more marketed brands.
