What i like most about this product is the premeasured individual packs that you can take anywhere. Instructions are pretty easy to follow and suggest which alcohol to mix with. Has a nice fruity color and flavor. Kind of reminded me of the hurricane drink. I tried the mixes several ways, according to the directions, with liquor and as a mocktail. I also tried it with sparkling water (I used my sodastream to get extra bubbles) and without bubbles. Overall the taste is fruity and pretty smooth. It doesn't lose the liquor taste too. You know its in there and not just a fruity drink. I did find that the powder does need to mix well to dissolve into the solution. Bubbles with or without is more of a personal preference. I preferred the no bubbles in my case. Crushed ice worked well more than cubed and those mule mugs are perfect for the occasion. I like that this is made in USA and made from natural ingredients. No harsh preservatives etc. Overall its a great packet to have for any occasion with great flavors. By the way, my favorites were the Mangao Margarita and Passionfruit Paloma.

I first supported Craftmix on kickstarter a few years ago and they've since come out with a lot more flavors. TL;DR I would give this 4.5 stars if i could - it's very very good but too sweet as-is.I tried their sample pack over a few weeks and really enjoyed it! I had some fancy liquor, but somehow no 'clear' tequila so I had to use the Codigo Rosa tequila for the mango magarita and passionfruit paloma, and it was quite tasty. The blood orange mai tai was the first one i tried in the pack and while tasty, i personally found it too sweet. I even thought I had added more alcohol than the instructions called for since i couldn't find my shot glass, but all i could taste was the mix. A number of reviewers mentioned upping the water amount, so that's what i did for the rest and as you can see - the paloma glass is much fuller. Once i got the proportions right, the remaining drinks were much better for me. I normally don't make mixed drinks at home, but this is an easy way to make and enjoy something other than wine or beer

This is a good idea, and everyone who drinks mixed drinks should have these little packets on hand all the time.The jist of it is this: pick a flavor packet (in my pics I did strawberry mule), add your booze (directions said vodka of which I had none, so I substituted for whiskey and thought it was fine) add a little bubbly water (i use my soda stream religiously so no issue there), then top it off with ice (had NO ice in my house haha but no big deal, ambient room temp is my ideal drink anyway).It's easy. It's affordable. Above all else, it's tasty.. wayy better than drinking straight booze imho.Each packet makes one drink so you could even carry a few spares around in your purse, glovebox, backpack, whatever just in case you find yourself at an unplanned get together where you want to look like an impressive bartender. This is also much more cost effective than trying to keep fresh ingredients on hand for making mules, margaritas, and other mixed drinks. I would buy again, but want to try the other flavors they have too.

I was able to try this with some club soda and malibu and I will say it's great for traveling. I will be taking this on my trip I will be going on for a long weekend and I'm pretty excited I don't have to take mixers with me. I love how easy it was and I was surprised at how quickly it dissolved and didn't taste chalky like other powders do. I will be purchasing the other flavors as well but for the mojito flavor I will say it's wonderful.

Overall Craftmix is tasty and makes it so easy to make a drink, it cuts down on how many ingredients I could need and it's not overly complicated to figure out how much liquid to use. I did give it 4/5 because I feel like there's room for improvement in using artificial sugar, I wouldn't say I like artificial sugars. Personally, I can taste the metallic chemical flavor and I'm not too fond of that. It's not overpowering but it's there and I had a hard time getting past it.
