I've owned at least 3 different versions of similar products because I've purchased a new one to try literally every time I've travelled abroad for the last several years (why am I like this??). Two of them are Ceptics, 1 is some off-brand that was cheap but had a form factor I thought I would like, and I believe I had a 4th one that was clearly unremarkable.Since I'll be headed back to Europe next month, I picked up this little guy here and could not be more pleased. First, it comes with its own case, which my others did not (although one of the Ceptics versions sort of plugs into itself like Russian nesting dolls for a small form factor). Second, it's compact and doesn't have prongs sticking out every which way to get caught on things, bent, or broken.Everything about this adapter is well thought out. Each type of plug slides out of the housing smoothly and holds firmly until the release button is pressed to allow it to be recessed back into the brick. The female plug is the only thing on the face of the unit, so for things that have a large charger, no other ports are obstructed, which is amazing and unlike others that have the USB ports below the female portion of the plug. On another side are 2 USB C ports, one with fast charging, and then on a 3rd side is a place to plug in 3 USB A cords.I can't wait to take this on my upcoming trip, and now having so many of these will allow me to have them all over the room for various charging needs. Could not be happier with this purchase.

This PLUG (not power) adapter does what it says it does but it is rather large and heavy for being a single plug adapter + 5 USB outlets.It works for 110V to 220V 50/60 Hz power to the USBs but does not convert voltage for the plug adapter.It has a single universal pattern outlet on top and a choice of 3 of the most common plug configurations via slide out pins on the bottom. None of the mains connections include a ground connection.

I love this compact plug converter! My previous version was a very annoying base with a floppy bag of different country adapters that I was always losing right when I needed it and then had to figure out which one to use. This little gadget has everything you need in one, just slide up the prongs you need based on the country shown. Then you push the button on the side to collapse them back down. Very convenient!!I love the case it comes in as well, keeps it tidy, less like to get misplaced, and clean from dust.Feels high quality. I got the purple one because I'm a little less likely to misplace or forget it in a hotel room when I see a purple plug.Will be great for European cruise.Does not convert wattage though, be mindful of that.

I traveled to Europe with a similar-sized adapter, but the extended plug made it difficult to fit into my waist bag. I found this one has a clever design where all the plugs retract into the adapter housing, allowing it to fit perfectly in my waist bag.

i had no idea how handy this would be until i got to europe. this was fantastic for being in london and then everywhere else. it doesnt' dilute phone charging speed and it's so sturdy, ie there's no looseness with how securely the plug fit in. highly recommend this
