This product is very effective, especially if you are on a healthy diet and exercising at the same time. It supports an efficient metabolism which helps you stay in shape, but this is not the weight loss product, but is intended to maintain your ideal body composition. But you need to either be on a diet, or exercise regularly.

It's working over 7 weeks gained 5 pound in muscle. A big weight loss as well. Attending the gym, also looking after food intake. It all adds up, lots of comments on change of body shape.

Bought this due to the list of the different things it contained, seemed to have a good balance of vitamins and extracts that are supposed to help with weight loss when combined with exercise which is what I was doing.This made NO difference to my weight loss and felt like I was just taking a vitamin supplement. No harm done, as I didn't experience any negative side effects, or any positive ones for that matter - so eventually I just stopped taking them.I didn't work out a huge amount but I was eating sensibly and doing light to moderate exercise at home for about 1hr maybe 4/5 days a week and like I said no results.... Wouldn't bother with these to be honest.
