If you are slim and fit, I'd probably still size up unless you're entering the Tour de France as it is a very slim and hugging fit.For an average 205 lbs., older 6' person it's too fit to be long enough to cover the front of your bicycle shorts, but definitely long enough to cover the back.Riding an average of 20mph over 15 miles (up/down hills) causes the shirt to ride up on the front.It is a very slimming pattern however but we got the XL and should have sized up once more. The other qualities are great but if selling in the US, the manufacturer should take this into account.

I chose the blue version, L size in this cycling jersey and I love it! The non slip hems on sleeve and waist work well, no sliding up of the jersey, and the fit is snug without being too tight. The material and weight is thin and very cool to ride in during hot weather. The 3 pockets work well though I wish more cycling jerseys had an additional zippered pocket to keep my keys secure.
