Great for Foot Cramps & Plantar Fasciitis
I sometimes get really bad foot pain, similar to plantar fasciitis (war injury). In addition to taking my 800mg of Magnesium and rolling my feet with a golf ball- these pods also work wonders. I put the pods in front of my bathroom sink and I stand on them whenever I wash my wash, brush my teeth, etc. Balancing on the pods is also great for my core. When I get a bad foot cramp, I stand on the pods and get relief. I can wear high heels and other cute shoes because I take care of my feet with these pods (and my other routines).

Kids love it and me too
Kids love it and me too. My both the children started playing balancing games as soon as it came. It feels great after having a foot aqua pressure and feels soft with adequate amount of air pressure. I liked it and use it while sitting on couch watching TV or working on my laptop.
