This chocolate comes in tiny drops/buttons. Easy to weigh the quantity you need, melts really well in the microwave for a few seconds, so smooth, drizzle well from an icing bag and set really well. I drizzle over my flapjacks which the family love...they say it adds to the flapjacks, makes them special. They also reheat well. So yes I do love these, I found them a little expensive but I just use around 50g at a time so I'm happy.

Great Tasting Chocolate. Used in cooking. Just a shame my last delivery was left on my doorstep, in direct sunlight and some of the Callets had melted together! My star rating would have been a five if it wasn't for this problem! Not sure if the courier was aware of the contents, but perhaps a 'Perishables Enclosed' sticker could be placed on the outside of the packaging, so that if necessary they could placed in the shade.

These are really tasty and perfect for cookies. I don't know why its so hard to find chocolate chips in stores nowadays so ordered these online and they were perfect. You can tell the chocolate is of good quality and really tasty.

As I knew the days were going to get a little colder I ordered this based on other reviews and my daughter absolutely loving hot chocolate. We don't have a microwave so melted the chocolate in a glass bowl sitting in a pan full of hot water. They melted very quickly into dreamy velvety chocolate goodness. I then added the hot milk and mixed. My daughter loved the smooth rich taste. This has changed the way we make hot chocolate. I can't see us ever going back to how we used to make it. I think the only thing that could make it better would be a velvetisier.

What else can you say about these!?They are amazing in taste, texture and end product result.I had tried other options such as supermarket brands and other exclusive baking brands but unfortunately not even one of them came close to the results Callebaut produces.The balance of the ingredients is so well adjusted that the chocolate holds its own however you wish you use it.And they are damn yummy :)Definitely recommend.

Die Callets schmecken sehr gut und lassen sich sowohl gut verbacken, als auch für Schokofondue oder Glasur nutzen. Der Preis mag am Anfang etwas hoch erscheinen, jedoch handelt es sicher eine sehr hochwertige Schokolade und in Relation zur erhaltenen Menge und Produkten anderer Anbieter ist der Preis in Ordnung. Man kann die Callets auch gut für z.b. Trinkschokolade einsetzen dabei sollte man jedoch auf die Dosierung achten, um den Geschmack nicht zu intensiv und die Konsistenz nicht zu fest werden zu lassen.

Solo el precio por la cantidad de producto era un poco caro.

J’avais pris ce chocolat avec la fondue pour 2 personnes, on l’adore !Il fond super bien, il ne brûle pas, et il reste bien fondu sans durcir ou quoi pendant qu’on mange la fondue.Le goût est vraiment bon, mais pas trop fort non plus il ne prends pas trop le dessus sur les fruits, il est bien équilibré.

Ik heb met de druppels van Callebaut een chocolade panna cotta gemaakt en wat chocofiguurtjes met een eenvoudige mal gemaakt en uiteraard hoe kan het ook anders een flinke hoeveelheid lekker laten smelten op mijn tong! Haha.De couverture is echt goed te verwerken, ook voor een leek als ik. Tempereert goed en makkelijk. Onbewerkt is de smaak lekker romig melkchocola met een touch van karamel.

Un chocolate de muy buena calidad! 😋
